To strengthen our team of creatives, we are looking for a skilled multimedia designer. You will collaborate directly with our in-house project coordinators, content writers, web developers, and graphic designers as a creative team to create cutting-edge visual, textual, and interactive content for internal (Emerge) and external (clients) on social media, sales, and marketing key visuals, and websites.
Job Description:
Work on creative for both our internal brand and big-name clients that consistently have the target audience in mind hit the objectives and create some noise.
Deliver consistently high-quality content for our brand and clients in both digital and print.
Able to undergo training and constructive feedback.
Looks for continual improvement, play more and be more creative at all touch points.
Creating concepts for multimedia material in cooperation with web developers and graphic designers
Generating appealing multimedia content in accordance with website requirements.
Creation of digital image, video, and text animation
Generating unique art for use in digital image processing.
Making changes to the media based on user feedback
Background Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as film, digital design, or graphic design.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in creating social media graphics, web design, and video editing.
Skill Requirements:
Broad proficiency and skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere, and AfterEffects
Has branding, portfolio, type colors, typography, and social media poster experience
Can produce quality design outputs relevant to the branding and content given
Character Requirements:
- Creative, witty, updated with the current trends, detail-oriented and flexible
- Requires little to no supervision
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and can think quick on their feet
- Is a team player and can communicate and cooperate with others easily
- Is organized, attentive to details, a fast learner, and quick on the uptake when given instructions
Technical Requirements:
- Stable internet connection at home
- Reliable PC or laptop (at least i3 or up)
- Willing to work remotely and independent
Work Schedule:
WFH-Graveyard shift (9:00 PM-6:00 AM)
